Our trip to Armstrong started off with a bang... as we discovered that Simone may have inherited Mama's motion sickness! She is still rear-facing in her carseat and I guess the windy roads and reading books did not help her tummy! We had to pull off the highway to clean up the breakfast that made its way out! Ick! No rides for this pumpkin!
After it was out, she felt much better and we had a lovely time! Simone enjoyed all of the animals (she likes to click the sunscreen bottle open and closed, which is why it is in so many pictures!)
I promise I was showing her how to pet the bunny so gently... not how to hit it!
We were so happy to run into the Sandvold Family for a little lunch and a hoe-down dance party in the food tent!
Fortunately, Simone fell asleep within minutes of getting into the car, so we had a peaceful ride home. With no books in sight!
