Our third set of visitors this summer shared a similar flight plan with our first set... China to Vancouver on their way back to Ottawa. We were fortunate yet again to be part of Nancy and Michael's layover!

Speaking of souvenirs, the other gift our dear friends brought us was this funky Chinese hackey sack! And since their flight was delayed too (by an entire day!), we got to hang out in the backyard and play!
It has four feathers of different colours sticking straight up from a little round metal disc. Sounds like heaven on your feet, right? Wrong! Michael tries out "the scorpion"!

Thank you again to our dear friends for making the extra stop to see us! We SO enjoyed the chill time, watching Olympics and catching up! We miss you!!!
