And what better way to celebrate it than with some of our dearest friends?!
We spent the day chillaxing and watching Olympics. We dropped Simone off at Mimi's and headed out to Ricardo's in Lake Country. A lovely spot and delicious food!
Talk about good luck: there was a wedding reception happening! Good memories of our special day. We can't believe it has been five years since we walked the red carpet! Ah, lovebirds!
After dinner, we made our way to the Grand 10 theatre to see "The Dark Night Rises". We were the first ones in the theatre!
It eventually filled up and what a great show! We were disappointed to hear that this is it for the Batman series. :(
So, the traditional five-year gift is WOOD. What are we supposed to do with that, you might say??? Well, fortunately, we are in need of a dining room table for our new house! We have yet to go and pick it out, but when you get your dinner party invitation, you will know that we have purchased it and set it up! Stay tuned!
