Our first and last ski day of the season!
Car joined us for a lovely day on the slopes; her first in ten years! And after the first run, she said: "I love skiing again!" We are so glad and look forward to many more trips together next season!
Just as we predicted (we remembered from last year!), everyone had gone home from Spring Break, so we skied down the hill and right on to the lift... AFTER EVERY RUN!!! The sun was out for the first bit, but turned a bit cloudy and snowy. We didn't mind; we were all the right temperature and everyone's feet held up! We had a blast!
Car, maybe Santa will bring you a ski jacket and neck warmer of your own! Looking forward to hitting the Ski Swap at the end of the season to get Jeff skis and poles so we can avoid the rental line-ups next year.
A BIG thank you to Mimi for sleeping over and watching the two monkeys ALL DAY, ALL BY HERSELF! And for having dinner ready as westumbled walked in the door! We don't know what we would do without you!!! xoxo
